Prepress

Our modern prepress department is available to fine-tune your design and adapt it to the required sachet format. Supplied files are prepared for subsequent printing.

Flexographic printing

Your image is created in our in-house flexographic printing facility. Films are printed roll-to-roll. This cost-effective relief printing process reproduces spot colours (Pantone, HKS) in the same outstanding quality as CMYK Euro-scale images. We store our customers’ printing plates. This eliminates plate-related printing costs for repeat orders with unchanged artwork.

Contract printing

On request, we can also supply printed films only. We also print films supplied by our customers. Please contact us!

Portion packaging

We package your product in portions from 1 g to 1 kg in sachets measuring 17 × 60 mm to 260 × 400 mm. You choose the sachet type and size! We take care of the rest. Our machinery allows us to respond flexibly to your requirements.

Packaging material

Different foods require different protective properties from packaging films. We stock a wide range of films, from simple mono-films to high-quality multilayer laminates that provide excellent product protection. Sustainable films are also available.

Sustainable packaging

Attractive outer packaging is part of a finished retail product. It presents the product in the best light and creates the first impression for customers. On request, the finished portions can be packed into additional secondary packaging. Sustainable and recyclable films are also available.

Stick pack

Portions from 1 g–18 g Advantages: very convenient for consumers, an economical alternative, ideal for packing into boxes. Dimensions Min. 17 × 60 mm Max. 35 × 180 mm

Pillow pouch

Portions from 5 g–300 g Advantages: less expensive than four-side-seal sachets, ideal for bulky products, versatile in use and suitable as refill packaging. Dimensions Min. 40 × 60 mm Max. 150 × 250 mm

Four-side-seal sachet

Portions from 1 g–50 g Advantages: generous front and back surfaces for information, flat sachet, ideal for product launches, giveaways or mailings. Dimensions Min. 50 × 50 mm Max. 180 × 250 mm

Doypack

Portions from 50 g–1.5 kg Advantages: resealable with a zipper, a modern and economical alternative to rigid containers made of plastic, metal or glass. Dimensions Min. 100 × 130 mm Max. 260 × 400 mm

Assembly & shipping

Retail-ready packaging

An attractive outer package is part of a finished sales unit. It presents the product in the right light and is the customer’s first point of contact.

Secondary packaging

On request, the finished portions are assembled into additional secondary packaging.

Neutral shipping

Neutral shipping by parcel service or freight forwarder with your delivery notes is a matter of course for us.
